In order to assist the SSC with reconciling charges, ACT coordinators provide documentation on behalf of their units for hosted meals charged directly to a department shortcode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h.p_LpW_7DwvRZWq\">Please submit the following documents\/information for processing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The name of the person who approved the charge (usually a department or program manager)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The business purpose for the charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shortcode used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A list of the event&#8217;s attendees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of the receipt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h.p_Av1sUhYXS3wY\"><strong>Please submit this documentation to your ACT coordinator promptly upon receiving the receipt to ensure accurate reconciliation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The U-M Shared Services Center (SSC) handles Statement of Activity (SOA) reconciliation for the university.
