Please submit the following documents\/information for processing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash\/check<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shortcode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business purpose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Types of checks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regular checks&nbsp;<\/strong>are processed by ACT (e.g., payment for goods or apparel, football ticket purchases, reimbursements to a P\/G, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gift checks&nbsp;<\/strong>are processed by the Office of Advancement (K4530) ( e.g., monetary gift donations made to Ross, scholarship funding, corporate sponsorships, consortium membership fees, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unidentified Checks<\/strong>: If you receive a check that does not belong to your unit, please deliver it to<a href=\"https:\/\/rossweb.bus.umich.edu\/ross-finance-office\/\">&nbsp;Ross Finance<\/a> (B4580).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cash and checks should be deposited into a university bank account as soon as possible after they are received.
