Students attend 5 consecutive semesters (Fall, Winter, Spring\/Summer, Fall and Winter) and complete 47.5 credit hours to earn their degree.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tuition\">Executive&nbsp;MBA Tuition Cost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ann Arbor and Los Angeles students pay the same tuition. In addition, international and\/or domestic travel required for the EMBA MAP project course is covered by sponsoring organizations and\/or the EMBA Program. Note that tuition does not cover student&#8217;s monthly travel expenses. EMBA students are required to pay for all transportation to and from Ann Arbor and\/or Los Angeles. If you are traveling from outside the region, you may be eligible (depending on distance traveled) to stay in EMBA Program facilities on the Saturday night after classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cohort 32 tuition rates were approved by the University of Michigan Board of Regents in July 2025.&nbsp;The Cohort 33 tuition rates were approved by the University of Michigan Board of Regents in July 2026.&nbsp; Each entering Cohort will have their tuition rates known in July prior to the start of their entering term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For information on current tuition and fee rates, please visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/ro.umich.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Office of the Registrar website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EMBA Estimated Other Academic&nbsp;Costs (outside of tuition) <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to tuition cost, EMBA students may borrow educational loans against&nbsp;the following&nbsp;approved budget items. These budget items are listed for loan purposes&nbsp;only and will not be&nbsp;charges to the student.&nbsp;Students are able to borrow up to the estimated Cost of Attendance (cohort tuition + approved budget items). Personal Expenses (including travel and health care insurance)<\/td><td>$3,680 per semester<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Estimated Cost of Attendance Total:<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>$14,818 per semester<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-column kadence-column182_e696c8-27 inner-column-2\"><div class=\"kt-inside-inner-col\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>The above Cost of Attendance (COA) budget was finalized by the University of Michigan Board of Regents in July 2026. &nbsp;The 2027-2028&nbsp;Cost of Attendance (COA) budget will be available&nbsp;July 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Loan borrowing information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>When students are looking to borrow loans to assist in the cost of tuition with or without the COA living\/education expenses, they may be completing up to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>three (3) <\/strong>loan applications<\/span> based on the type of loans and when the loans are needed for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For students attending a program and registered in terms during different academic years, financial aid would be requested and awarded accordingly. Financial aid can be requested for an academic year but awarding would be per either a&nbsp;traditional&nbsp;or&nbsp;non-traditional&nbsp;term. Fall and Winter loan can be combined or separate but are considered&nbsp;a&nbsp;traditional&nbsp;term and would be certified as such. On behalf of the student, the&nbsp;participating MAP company sponsors will cover all MAP related expenses. To account for the cost of MAP covered by the company sponsors,&nbsp;and as per federal regulations, this support must be reported against the student&#8217;s account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What this means to you and your financial aid:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Cohort 32&nbsp;EMBA&nbsp;students participating in MAP in Fall 2026, an estimated \u201cMAP EMBA&nbsp;Placeholder\u201d of $5,000 will show on the financial aid award. This is to&nbsp;record the cost covered by MAP company sponsors. All EMBA Cost of Attendance budgets are also&nbsp;increased by $5,000&nbsp;to accommodate this placeholder, and to not impact aid\/loan borrowing eligibility.
