The following video describes what CDO is and what services they can offer to exchange students.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, the following are&nbsp;<strong>Ross CDO services accessible to Exchange students<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If&nbsp;you have issues logging into&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/michiganross.12twenty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Ross Recruit<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;using your UM credentials, please contact&nbsp;RossCDO@umich.edu&nbsp;and we&#8217;ll sort it out!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ross Resume creator tool in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bus.umich.edu\/iMpact\/Profile\/Default.aspx?resume_ord=861617\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">iMpact<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/michiganross.12twenty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ross Recruit<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CDO coach-led Educational Workshops (not including recruiting workshops or events)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ross employment data via Research Tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job postings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/umich.edu\/careerdevelopmentofficebba\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDO on-demand resources<\/a>, including functional recruiting prep Canvas sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drop-in career coaching M-Th 3-3:40 pm in B2580 (drop-ins are great for questions 5-10 minutes in nature, i.e. a quick resume or cover letter review)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incoming Exchange students are also considered&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/umich.edu\/ross-incoming-semester-exchang\/departure?authuser=0\">alumni<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>It is important to note that exchange students are not eligible for 1:1 career coaching or CDO recruiting services and events.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/umich.edu\/careerdevelopmentofficebba\/home\">BBAs can access the CDO website using this\u00a0link.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/umich.edu\/rosscareerdevelopmentoffice\/home\">MBAs can access the CDO website using this\u00a0link.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Career Development Office (CDO) is a student-facing office at Ross that can work with you on a variety of needs such as drop-in career coaching, providing corporate contacts, and offering resources through their website.
