As of April 30, we have rolled out Engagement Scores to Ross Insight. Each contact in Ross Insight will have an \u201cengagement score\u201d which quantifies how much interaction they have had with the Ross School of Business. All programs will have access to Engagement Scores. Engagement Scores are based on email interactions, activities and tasks, and events. Scores are updated overnight.
