How to Use ‘Scan-to-Email’<\/h2>\n

This allows you to use a Konica printer at Ross to scan a document and then have it sent as an attachment to your UM email.<\/em><\/p>\n

Log In By Pressing \u201cLog In\/Out\u201d and then Swiping Your M-Card or Entering Your UMID<\/p>\n

To Scan to Email:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Lay your document face up on the feeder tray or face down on the scanning bed<\/li>\n
  2. Press the \u201cScan\/Fax\u201d button Adjust scanning settings, if desired<\/li>\n
  3. Press the \u201cStart\u201d button<\/li>\n
  4. Your document will be sent to your UM email address as a file attachment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
