Below are some of the items we currently stock.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laptop: <a href=\"https:\/\/techshop.umich.edu\/101315.html\">Dell Pro 14-inch PC14250<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desktop: <a href=\"https:\/\/techshop.umich.edu\/101312.html\">Dell Pro Performance Slim Plus QBS1250<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iPad: <a href=\"https:\/\/techshop.umich.edu\/145133.html\">iPad 11-inch (A16)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2:&nbsp; Equipment Purchase: (IT Hardware \u2013 Laptop, PC, Tablet, and Monitor)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are happy to discuss options with you in any IT equipment purchase. When you work with Ross IT, we take care of the following items that are part of the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ross IT \u2013 Equipment Purchase<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Possible price discount<\/em> \u2013 Some university-approved vendors offer a discount on IT equipment, and because we work with them, we can utilize the discount if available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>No Sales Tax<\/em> \u2013 Because it is a University purchase, we don\u2019t have to pay sales tax.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Shipping Costs<\/em> \u2013 We do not have to pay a shipping cost for the delivery because we are working with an approved vendor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Short Code Billing<\/em> \u2013 We will facilitate this process on your behalf and have the purchase charged to your shortcode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Hardware Warranty<\/em> \u2013 With an equipment purchase, we make sure that an extended warranty (3-4 yrs.) is purchased, so repairs on the device are covered beyond the 1-2 year manufacturer warranty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Support<\/em> \u2013 Because we set up the device with an extended warranty, repairs can be quicker when working with the vendor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Hardware Inventory<\/em> \u2013 We track equipment as part of being a university asset.
