Ross IT is developing an AI chat assistant named Ross AI-xplorer that integrates data from Michigan Ross public websites and supplemental Google Drive documents with varied content permissions. This new user experience will allow the Ross community to find publicly available Michigan Ross related information in an easier and more intuitive way by asking questions to an AI driven chat bot that will provide a more natural way of locating information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We aim to show how existing website infrastructure and available features can be used to locate & collate information and direct large language models to already available public information. In addition to improving results by manipulating keywords, phrases, and information from internal documents in shared cloud storage to deliver more accurate results to community members in a more natural questions and answers format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
