{"id":3451,"date":"2026-08-06T14:20:14","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T18:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rossweb.bus.umich.edu\/ross-operations\/?p=3451"},"modified":"2026-08-06T17:34:43","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T21:34:43","slug":"table-linens-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rossweb.bus.umich.edu\/ross-operations\/2026\/08\/06\/table-linens-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Table Linens Update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To better support your events, <strong>we are partnering with Catering at Ross<\/strong> to provide table linens for 5-foot tables that do not include food service. <strong>Table skirting previously provided will no longer be available.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard tablecloths are available <strong>for 5-foot tables only<\/strong> and are not available for tables that will have food, as those linens are managed separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests for tablecloths must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance to <a href=\"mailto:rossreservations@umich.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rossreservations@umich.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because tablecloths are now coordinated through Catering at Ross, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of last-minute requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your understanding as we implement this new process. <strong>We appreciate your cooperation and encourage you to submit your requests early to ensure availability<\/strong>.
