Journal Entries

Journal entries (JEs) are created to transfer funds between accounts. Please submit the following documents/information for processing:

• Business purpose or description
• Amount of transfer
• Shortcode or chartfields for the transfer
• Supporting documentation (email approvals) for the JE from a supervisor who has the authority to make a decision concerning the fund transfer
