Onboarding new employees

Once Ross HR adds a new staff member to the onboarding system, your ACT coordinator will reach out to their supervisor for details. ACT will then take care of several tasks to ensure your new staff member is up and running on day one! (e.g., preparing workspace, ensuring network access, ordering name badge and business cards, etc.)

Offboarding employees

Once Ross HR adds a departing staff member to the offboarding system, your ACT coordinator will reach out to the staff member for details. (e.g., last date of work, collecting M-Card, canceling PCard, etc.)
