Michigan Ross Chef Wins IACC U.S. Copper Skillet Competition

Congratulations to Michigan Ross Chef de Cuisine Erik Kauserud, who competed and won against seven other national chefs at the 2024 International Association of Conference Centers U.S. Copper Skillet Competition. The Copper Skillet competition highlights the artistry and skills of the participants. On April 1, Chef Kauserud will return to compete in the global competition against chefs from Europe, Asia, Australia, and Canada. We wish him the best of luck!
