Happy retirement on speech bubbles

Farewell to Our Retiree

We’re happy to celebrate the faculty and staff in our Michigan Ross community who are retiring after many years of service and impactful work. In February, we will be saying farewell to Diane Griffith, student affairs program manager from the Weekend MBA Program office. Griffith’s last day at Ross is Feb. 2, 2026.

As I prepare for my retirement, it’s hard to believe how quickly 17 years have passed since starting at Ross and the University of Michigan. My journey was defined, in particular, by the 11 years I spent with the Part-Time MBA Program. I am grateful to have worked with a wonderful team who are like my second family. During my tenure, I witnessed significant changes in the program, including the exciting launch of the Online MBA Program. I will cherish my time supporting the Weekend MBA students. They are special for their dedication and energy, balancing demanding careers, family lives, and their commitment to learning.

I have no grand plans for retirement; I just look forward to more time with family and friends, and to time spent at our cottage in northern Michigan. Thank you to all my wonderful colleagues at Ross for your support and friendship.
