Ross Marketing and Communications update

The Ross Marketing and Communications team provides recruitment marketing services and analytics for several departments here at Ross. This means that with this department going first, we will be touching on a lot of data mapping upfront, which is good news for the rest of you! A lot of data will already be mapped and loaded into Salesforce before your department begins using Salesforce. We continue to work on defining the Marketing Cloud business setup and gearing up for a full sample data load from RNT into one of our Salesforce Sandboxes (test platform).

Admissions Salesforce Pilot Org

The next departments we have identified to on-board onto Salesforce are the admissions units currently using the campus Admissions Pilot Org. This org started with 4 schools and adoption has jumped to 10 schools across campus. This org has proven out the concept of sharing data for recruitment using Salesforce, but the managed package that was built on top of Salesforce is not scalable for the size of project that Ross is looking to implement. Therefore, with contracts ending in June 2017, we have decided to next focus on migrating our current Admissions units using the pilot org, onto the new Ross Salesforce org. These admissions groups consist of PTMBA, FTMBA, MAcc and BBA.  We have started initial conversations with some of you about requirements gathering and have scheduled some time with Sierra-Cedar next week to review some of their findings.
