Admissions

The FTMBA, PTMBA, BBA, and MAcc Admissions teams are gearing up for data migration of prospective student and applicant data from the campus Admissions Pilot Salesforce instance onto the new Ross Salesforce instance the week of May 22nd. The project team has finalized the mapping for an Eventbrite integration into Salesforce so that Admissions and Marketing teams will be able to track marketing campaigns, application data, and event attendance all in the same CRM.

Marketing Cloud

With the onboarding of the BBA admissions team, we discovered that they will need to send email campaigns to prospective students. The project team will be working with Sierra-Cedar, our implementation partner, to train the admissions users on how to create email campaigns in Salesforce and how to create and send emails through Marketing Cloud. We are working closely with the Ross Marketing and Communications team to ensure proper access and usage of the Marketing Cloud.
