Admissions

The project team held discovery meetings for MSCM, MM, Global MBA, and Executive MBA for the Salesforce implementation. The next steps for the project team will be to complete data integration with Collegenet (our application vendor) in order to make in-progress applicant data available to salesforce.  Then, the team will conduct the EMBA Act! CRM Data migration, and import of all teams’ prospective student data that has been maintained in spreadsheets. Some consistent needs across all admissions units have been to integrate Gmail, Eventbrite, website inquiries, and GoTo Webinars with Salesforce. All of these integrations have been implemented except for a GoToWebinar integration which is on the roadmap for this year.

Next on the Roadmap

The project team has begun a series of discovery meetings with the Executive Education group to define the requirements for migrating data off of their Act! CRM system and to integrate their course registration tool, Flatbridge. This will allow for more targeted email campaigns from our Marketing team and one shared CRM system for recruiters allowing for insight into their constituents’ involvement across the Ross community.
