Please contact the Department of Operations at the Ross School of Business with any questions about facilities, maintenance, janitorial concerns, event scheduling and setup, mail and packages, or lost and found.
For urgent maintenance, janitorial, or event-related issues, please call the Michigan Ross Welcome Desk at 734-764-1364.
For issues outside of building hours, please call the University of Michigan Facilities Service Center at 734-647-2059.
For less urgent issues, we have established separate email addresses to address all inquiries promptly. Please choose the most appropriate option below.

Director of Operations and Safety
Sheryl Redding-Humphrey, Director of Operations and Safety, oversees the Department of Operations at the Ross School of Business. Our work is woven into every space, event, and initiative taking place at Michigan Ross. We partner with other departments inside and outside Michigan Ross, focusing our efforts on providing excellent service to our community. We also partner with external University of Michigan departments to manage incoming requests quickly and efficiently.

Hours of Operations
Temporary Extended Building Hours for Exam Preparation
April 20th – 23rd
7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
April 27th – 29th
7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
The Tappan Street entrance will be unlocked from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and locked from 10:00 PM to midnight (MCard required for access). All other doors in the Michigan Ross Complex will be unlocked from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and locked from 8:00 PM to midnight (MCard required for access). Faculty and staff maintain 24/7 access to the building via MCard at all entrances.
The complex will observe regular hours between April 24th and April 26th:
Friday through Sunday
7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
With the exception of the Tappan Street entrance, the doors to the Ross Complex will lock at 6 p.m. and will require an MCard swipe for entry. Anyone with a valid MCard will have access to the building until 10 p.m. Michigan Ross Faculty and staff will continue to have 24/7 access using their MCards.
