Event Services and Room Reservations
Ross Operations is critical to hosting a successful event at Michigan Ross. We assist with reserving space, event setup and teardown, arranging seating, and providing audiovisual support. There is very limited event space available at Michigan Ross, particularly during the Fall and Winter semesters. Our priority is to support the school’s academic schedule and business priorities. Requests for space for September – April cannot be confirmed until the academic schedule is set, which is usually late July for the Fall semester and late November for the Winter semester. All requests for room reservations must be made through the event space request form and will be placed on hold until the class schedules have been entered.

Hours of Operations
Monday – Sunday
7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
With the exception of Tappan Street, the doors to the Ross Complex will lock at 8:00 PM and will require an MCard swipe for entry. Students and guests must exit the building by close unless you have received prior approval and arranged with Ross Operations to extend your event past 8:00 PM. Michigan Ross Faculty and staff will continue to have 24/7 access using their MCards.
