Ross Operations

Michigan Ross Operations is dedicated to providing an exceptional environment that enables students, staff, and faculty to excel in their work. We manage the spaces, systems, and services that make Ross a vibrant place to learn, teach, and collaborate while prioritizing safety, accessibility, and operational excellence. Our integrated service model enables us to respond efficiently to requests by routing them to the right support team from the start.

For urgent maintenance, janitorial, or event-related issues, please call the Michigan Ross Welcome Desk at 734-764-1364.
For issues outside of building hours, please call the University of Michigan Facilities Service Center at 734-647-2059.
For less urgent maintenance, facilities, and janitorial issues, please email RossFacilities@umich.edu.
All requests for room reservations must be submitted via our dedicated event space request form.
If your request has been denied but you believe there is a valid reason for reconsideration, you can complete our Event Exception Form.
