If you’re ready to take your workout to the next level, we are here to help. All Och personal trainers are CPR and AED certified and have extensive experience in exercise science.

They stand ready to work with you on a variety of topics, including program design and exercise recommendations based on your personalized goals outlined in your free training consultation

A membership is not required to take advantage of any training service. Personal training sessions can be a great way to learn all about the Och wellness philosophy in the context of a more targeted time commitment.

Staff Biography

Benito Olmos

Manager – Och Fitness Center

Benito holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Campinas State University, Sao Paulo, Brazil) in physical education majoring in sports training. Additionally, he has completed course work in sports management, nutrition, judo, karate and sports nutrition. He had a diverse career in Brazil, he is the author of several books (Fitness Management and  Resistance Training Programs Prescription ; Sports Training Methodology, Anti-Doping Programs). He was the IFBB Brazil (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) scientific director and he is an experienced public speaker, university teacher and fitness consultant. Benito is passionate about healthy living and fitness. Benito has a diverse background and spans a variety of management roles in the Fitness and Sport industry . In addition to English, he is fluent in Portuguese and speaks Spanish.

Ben Harrison

Lead Personal Trainer – Och Fitness Center

Ben has Bachelor in Health Lifestyles and Fitness Sciences from Arizona State University. He also holds a certified personal trainer certificate attained from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been training people here at OCH since 2016 and over the years, he has received specializations in Youth Exercise, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning, Weight Loss, Fitness Nutrition, and Corrective Exercise. He is very enthusiastic about the fitness industry, former athlete, and helped coach all ages of wrestling in his community for 24 years.
