April 2016

We want to thank you for your participation in our recent discovery meetings with Sierra Cedar, our Salesforce implementation partner. The information gathered will help us define a system that will help you achieve your business goals for recruitment, current student interaction and building alumni relationships. These sessions proved that Ross is a hard working community that is willing to collaborate and help each other achieve their goals in higher education. Our initial goals with the Ross CRM implementation team are to identify possible improvements to current business processes while creating a rich, shared and actionable set of institutional data for everyone at Ross.

The Ross CRM implementation team will be meeting with Sierra Cedar over the next 4-5 weeks to formulate a school-wide strategy and a roadmap for implementing salesforce across all units at Ross. We will continue to communicate our progress and may reach out to specific units over the next several weeks to gather additional information related to communications, data tracking and data analysis.

Thank you again for your help during these discovery meetings which will help to inform our Ross CRM strategy and roadmap.  Please know that the implementation team intends to continue working closely with you and your team to map out in more detail your processes and needs.  Feel free to reach out to us with any additional information that you feel would help in the formulation of that strategy or roadmap. We will schedule a formal kick-off meeting once our roadmap is finalized and ready to share with the community.
