Admissions

The data migration from the Admissions Pilot Org to Ross Insight is now complete. The project team is working on finalizing the new BBA Application Evaluation Tool in Salesforce. Interested in utilizing this tool in the future? Send us an email to the group below.

The FTMBA, PTMBA, MAcc, and BBA admissions Salesforce users have joined forces with the Marketing and Communications Team to start a Salesforce User Group. The project team will provide training sessions as well as allow users to help each other with projects and issues they encounter. This group will continue to grow as we onboard new units.

We are now live with the Eventbrite integration with Salesforce. This means that all admissions events are hosted on Eventbrite and attendance is automatically loaded into Salesforce on a nightly basis. This allows for less manual file loading and more robust reporting on prospective student interactions.

Marketing Cloud

Ross IT has been working with the Marketing Team to document procedures for loading event attendance and purchased lists, creating campaigns, and creating and sending emails out of Marketing Cloud. These documents will be added to the documentation tab of the Ross Insight website.

Next on the Roadmap

The remaining Admissions teams (MSCM, MM, Global MBA, and EMBA) are next on the roadmap for the Salesforce implementation. Please keep an eye out for an invitation to a requirements gathering session for each of you. Our goal is to migrate EMBA off of the Act! CRM and import any spreadsheets of contacts or businesses into Salesforce.
