Engagement Scores

As of April 30, we have rolled out Engagement Scores to Ross Insight. Each contact in Ross Insight will have an “engagement score” which quantifies how much interaction they have had with the Ross School of Business. All programs will have access to Engagement Scores. Engagement Scores are based on email interactions, activities and tasks, and events. Scores are updated overnight. For more information about how to use Engagement Scores see the overview.

This initial rollout is a pilot test. During the next few months, we will gather data and feedback and then reevaluate and refine the algorithm in coordination with the Marketing & Communications team. Submit feedback to RossITSupport@umich.edu.

Next on the Roadmap

We expect to have Executive Education up and running on Ross Insight by end of June, and we are beginning timeline discussions with EMBA.
