MPathways application data is being mapped to load into a test environment for all graduate and undergraduate programs here at Ross. This will provide a nightly update of all applications submitted for Ross programs in one location.

The Marketing Cloud development is underway as we work to define the email sender profiles for each graduate program, a custom subscription center for all graduate prospective students to opt in or out of Ross marketing emails, and an email approval process.

Our next tool purchase for the Salesforce initiative will allow for data to be collected from a web based form and loaded into Salesforce. Form Assembly is the tool currently being used in the campus Admissions Pilot Salesforce instance and has allowed for event registration data and website inquiry form data to be loaded into Salesforce. We will utilize this same functionality beginning with creating web inquiry forms for all Ross programs on our website to capture prospective student interest for email campaigns.
