Admissions

The Admissions Pilot Org migration is happening next week. This means there will be a freeze on the pilot org for Ross users starting May 23rd. The FTMBA, PTMBA, MAcc, and BBA admissions teams should not add any contacts or make edits to records or this data will not be migratedThe project team will send a status update on May 25th with details on how to log into the new org. This also means the Cirrus Insight licenses for the Gmail integration will need to be transferred so that your Gmail accounts are synced with the new Ross Insight Salesforce org. Training and onboarding will be held during the month of June to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the new org and to resolve any final migration issues.

Marketing Cloud

With the addition of admissions users in the Marketing Cloud, the project team will be starting a Marketing Cloud User Group. The goal of this group is to define the base level of competencies that end users will need to learn in order to gain access to the Marketing Cloud for sending email campaigns. If you have been granted a license for the Ross Marketing Cloud account, you should receive an invite from Amy Contrera in June.
