The Ross IT team is excited to announce it will continue to host Salesforce office hours.  During office hours, various members of the Ross IT team will be available to assist with Salesforce-related questions and help troubleshoot issues.  The next session of office hours will take place from 9:00 am until 11:00 am in Ross 3010 on Thursday, July 11th. You are welcome to drop in at a time that is convenient for you and staff members will be available to assist at any time. 

If this initial time does not work in your schedule, please join us in the future!  You are welcome to come as often as you preferred.

Additionally, please note that the Ross IT team will be updating the single sign-on connection with Salesforce.  This update will occur on the afternoon of Friday, July 12th.  You will still have access to Salesforce during this transition.  However, the display screen will resemble the below.

Once you reach this screen please enter your appropriate username and password.  You will complete the authentication by clicking Log In and you will then be able to work within the Salesforce system as normal.
