I’ve been working in IT for over 8 years, starting as a residential technician and gradually moving into IT support. I began business support, transitioned to a help desk role, and then advanced to an IT technician position at MGM Grand Detroit. I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and helping my coworkers, making technology work for everyone. Outside of work, I’m a fan of gaming, movies, and great TV shows.
