BTS Fast Track Program

The BTS Fast Track Program is specifically designed for Ross BBA students who are keen on exploring a promising career in the field of Supply Chain Management. Capitalizing on the synergy between the BBA program, Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM), and the prestigious Tauber Institute, BTS is geared to provide all participating students with valuable experiences and important skills that can be instrumental in giving them an edge in their future career.

BTS Fast Track Program Application Process


Qualifications: To qualify for the BTS Fast Program, you must be a current Ross BBA student with junior standing and a cumulative U-M undergraduate GPA average of 3.30 (rounded to the second decimal) or above at the time of application.

Application Deadline: January 30, 2026

How to Apply:

  1. Complete the application form with required application materials:
    • A brief personal narrative essay (300 words or less) covering the following two questions: What about the mission and vision of Tauber resonates with you? How do you envision your contribution to the Tauber Institute and to your fellow student cohorts?
    • Your current resume.
  2. Interview (by invitation only)

BTS Timeline Overview

BBA Junior Year

BBA Senior Year

Fall: Enroll in TO 701 – Topics in Global Ops (1.5 cr) & TO 605 – Mfg & SC Ops (1.5 cr)

Winter: Enroll in TO 605 – Mfg & SC Ops (1.5 cr)

Work with your BBA academic advisor to complete the Tauber ENG requirement

Interview, application fee, recommendation, and GRE/GMAT are waived

MSCM Summer
(Following BBA Graduation)

Enroll in TO 703 – Tauber Internship/Team Project Interview & Selection (3.0)

WAIVED: TO 505 – Business Bootcamp (3.0 cr) & TO 736 – Supply Chain Colloquium (2.0 cr)

MSCM Fall & Winter Terms

Join the rest of your MSCM Cohort!

Complete 6 cr of MSCM elective study

WAIVED: TO 605 – Mft & SC Ops (3.0 cr)
