RUSAB: Ross Undergraduate Student Advisory Board

The Ross Undergraduate Student Advisory Board (RUSAB) is made up of a select group of undergraduate BBA students working together to share ideas and perspectives on academic issues at the Ross School of Business. The Board is sponsored and overseen by the Office of Undergraduate Programs; students in RUSAB have a unique opportunity to work closely with school administrators, help shape the future of the BBA Program, and represent the voices of their classmates. RUSAB continually takes on current, impactful projects to enhance the BBA academic experience.

Students apply to join RUSAB in Fall of either their Freshman or Sophomore year, and commit to participating on the Advisory Board through graduation. 3 representatives are selected as Freshman, and another 3 as Sophomores, so that there are 6 representatives from each Sophomore, Junior and Senior class, creating a board of 21 students total each academic year.

RUSAB has been actively involved in the creation and review of the BBA curriculum, creating recommendations on tutoring and TA resources for core courses, and reviewing the grading distribution policy.  We continually take on current, impactful projects to enhance the BBA academic experience.
